Hotel Aladino

The staff was really helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected day of check in and staff was able to check in us earlier that day. The room service was great throughout the stay. The daily breakfast was also very good, some items that would run out the staff would make more as well. Would definitely stay here again! Hotel had security and was close to many restaurants, malls, botanical gardens, the center zona colonial and beach. We did not get to visit the beach this time but was close.

Good value in general. Have stayed at Aladino many times. Just good for our taste and economic value. Close to great shopping malls like Agora Mall. Galeria 360 and Ikea.

The hospitality of the staff was impeccable, their English is very good, the location (it's <20min walking to Agora Mall if you don't have a car), ease of ordering food (I used Uber Eats) and having it delivered, and the room was very spacious (perfect for those like me who workout while on vacation) and mostly clean. I like that you can sit outside to eat their (all you can eat) breakfast and they have a restaurant/bar on-site too. The staff took COVID-19 seriously by serving the food instead of letting people serve themselves, always wearing masks and having sanitizer available. The complementary shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer were bonuses. Also, check out their souvenirs next to the front desk, they have nice items.

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

I loved the hotel in general, close to all good spots. but I wish you can upgrade the breakfast menu. We had an issue in the bathroom it wasn’t flushing at all, we called room service and in no time we got help, very cortious and professional did everything on his power to fix the problem and end up switching us to another room with no problem. Excelllent service. Room 306 on March 13th night. We were moved to room 106.
